Many "run of the mill"
concierge doctors seem to hide their prices. In contrast, we believe in
open, transparent pricing. When you
know
what prices to expect, you can make an informed decision on how best to
invest in yourself and your well being. When it comes to your health,
it often pays to go "first class".
Your first visit to our office will last up to two hours. This first
visit is an extensive history and physical exam performed directly with
the physician. We will go over your past medical history in detail.
Most importantly, we will listen to what you want to improve. That's
right, we will listen...really listen
to what you are saying. At this first visit we may also do extensive
labs, which are complimentary with the first visit fee.
On your first visit, you and your physician will also decide together
on a membership plan that might best suit your needs. The plan that you
choose is
based on the level of treatment (frequency,
intensity and complexity) that you might need. If you like, you can
always choose to upgrade to higher plans at any time. There is no long
term commitment, and you may cancel your plan at any time.
Once the lab results are back from the first visit (usually within a
few
weeks), we will see you back in the office for a follow up to go over
the results in detail. All of your remaining questions will be
answered. At that time we will also suggest a treatment plan, which may
include a combination of lifestyle changes, dietary manipulation, or
medication if needed.

NOTE: New patient "Start Up Package" does not include the price of
your ongoing membership plan, for which you will sign up on your first
visit. Membership plans are automatically billed on the first of each
month to your active credit card, which we require that you keep up to
date and on file in our office. Rest assured that your personal data is
stored with the highest level of security and encryption, exclusively
provided by a recognized expert in the information security field.

In order to provide you with a truly extraordinary experience and level
of care,
our office has opted out of all third party payors and insurance
companies, including private insurance and Medicare. At your request,
we will gladly provide a receipt for services at your visit;
you
may choose to submit it to your insurance company for
consideration of
reimbursement at their out of network rates.
